Roles we are hiring for now.
Senior Software Engineer, Platform
Own the core services behind how Copay prices, purchases, and reconciles claims. You will design systems that move real capital to real practices the next business day, with the reliability that demands. Strong backend experience and a bias for clear, durable code.
Senior Software Engineer, Integrations
Build and maintain the connections to billing software, clearinghouses, and payers that Copay depends on. You will turn messy healthcare data formats into clean, reliable feeds. Experience with EDI, healthcare data, or third-party API integration is a plus.
Revenue Cycle Analyst
Read claims the way a practice does and sharpen how Copay underwrites them. You will analyze payer behavior, adjudication patterns, and reimbursement data to improve purchase decisions. Background in medical billing or revenue cycle management strongly preferred.
Account Executive, Provider Sales
Talk to practice owners and CFOs, understand their cash flow, and show them exactly what Copay is and is not. You will own the full cycle from first conversation to funded account. Healthcare or fintech sales experience is a plus.
Partnerships Manager
Grow Copay's network of billing companies, consultants, and associations who refer providers to us. You will build the relationships that send qualified practices our way and keep those partners successful. Comfort owning both a number and a relationship.
Finance Associate
Help run the money operations behind a company that moves capital every business day. You will support funding operations, reconciliation, and reporting as Copay scales. Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers required.
